There's lots of ways to look young including injections, beauty creams, facials, exercise and just heading to the kitchen! Want to protect your gorgeous mug from the ravages of aging? The Harvard Medical School suggest chowing down on these seven anti-aging powerhouses!
1. Berries. Nutritionist ELIZABETH SOMER says these little fruits are the "cream of the healthy-foods crop" and they have the power to lower disease risk, prevent memory loss and could keep those extra pounds at bay.

3. Nuts. Chock full of protein, magnesium, and vitamins B and E, these are awesome soldiers in the war against heart disease and cancer. Shoot for 1/4 cup five-times per-week.

6. Golden Veggies. Sweet potatoes, butternut squash or carrots are loaded with cancer-fighting beta carotene and can also protect you from colds and sun damage. The potassium also helps your heart and blood pressure.
7. Yogurt. Low or nonfat plain yogurt is a great snack and provides B vitamins, protein, calcium and healthy probiotic bacteria that tell disease to take a hike.
